Citrus oils are some of the most versatile essential oils. They can be used for many things including energizing your mood, soothing emotions, supporting healthy blood pressure, and even cleaning your home! HBN's selection of citrus oils includes Bergamot, Lemon, Pink Grapefruit, and Sweet Orange. All of our citrus oils are cold-pressed from the rind of the fruit.
Citrus oils can be used internally, topically, or diffused. They bring a delicious zing when added to water or recipes. When applying citrus oils directly to the skin, it's best to avoid sunlight for at least 12 hours as they may cause skin to sunburn. Diffusing citrus oils is a great way to take advantage of their energizing, uplifting aroma and their air purifying abilities.

Pink Grapefruit is a very refreshing oil helpful in combatting depression and fatigue. It is cooling, cleansing, decongesting, and can be beneficial for the liver and a sluggish lymph system. Like many of the citrus oils, Pink Grapefruit, has a unique “fat dissolving” characteristic. Pink Grapefruit is famous for reducing cellulite and can be used with a favorite carrier oil.*
